By accessing or using Fan's World Cup Fantasy (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these terms at any time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

• You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.
• You may not have been previously banned from the Service for violating these terms.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete registration information.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms.

• All game rules are as described on the Rules page and are subject to change with reasonable notice.
• Scores, rankings, and awards are calculated based on official match data. Our decisions are final.
• You agree not to cheat, exploit bugs, use bots, or manipulate the game in any way.
• Harassment, hate speech, and abusive behavior toward other users are strictly prohibited.

• The Service, including its design, code, branding, and content, is owned by us or our licensors.
• Player names, team names, and match data are used under applicable fair-use principles for a fantasy sports game.
• You retain ownership of content you submit (team names, comments, etc.), but grant us a license to use it for operating the Service.

• Certain features may require payment. All prices are displayed before purchase.
• Payments are processed securely through third-party providers.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us within 14 days of purchase for refund requests.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We are not responsible for delays or errors in match data from third-party sources.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or £100 if no payment was made.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the United Kingdom.
